RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returning your package will always be at the customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll give you the details and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Belgium, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please note that the 14-day return right applies only to orders shipped within the European Union.
Orders shipped outside the EU are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.

Unclaimed Packages
If a customer fails to collect their package from the pickup point and it is returned to us, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

RETURNS — GREEN FRIDAY (BLACK FRIDAY) SALE ITEMS

At Arbor Antwerp, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. To minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of returns, items purchased during our Green Friday Sale can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to return an item, you create a return label through our return portal.
A €15 shipping fee will be charged when generating the return label — this helps cover transport emissions and handling costs. 

By introducing a fixed return cost, we aim to encourage conscious shopping and reduce unnecessary shipments and packaging waste. We invite you to make thoughtful purchases and carefully review your order before completing it.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS 
Products purchased on a pre-order basis are non-refundable. These items are made to order and often personalized, which means we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for them.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES & LOSS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, unless you've chosen another option (like an exchange for example). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return was not accepted, we'll notify you by email and we'll send the item(s) back to you.
